Join my Air BnB Experience and I'll show you how to make the most amazing and authentic hummus. I’ll share some awesome tricks to help perfect your hummus — family secrets that have been passed down from generation to generation.
I like to infuse my cooking lessons with funny stories and memories of my upbringing and learnings in the kitchen. It’s my way of animating the experience and sharing special bits of Lebanon with you.
We’ll finish off by learning how to plate and present your hummus in way that will be sure to impress your friends and family, or that special someone!
Before we end the class, we will break bread together. As a group of new friends — a "Hummus Family,” we will dig into a beautiful bowl of hummus made from the comfort of our homes. Close your eyes and imagine that fluffy, velvety hummus. Can you taste it yet?
